Great Job! Brought our SUV in to be serviced. When any item needed to be addressed, I was notified and given the option to proceed or not. I was comfortable in Brought our SUV in to be serviced. I would still like to say that the available resources to customers on what they can reasonably expect from their trade need to be addressed as the trade value I accepted was only in the 'range' of the Black Book estimate and much lower than I think it should have been (of course as a biased customer). This in no way reflects on the sales staff that helped me on my purchase process--just the trade in process writ large. More

Job was done but paid no attention to Details!! I had a set of tires put on my truck by GMC service technicians. When I got home I checked the tire pressure and they were over filled. Should be 38 p I had a set of tires put on my truck by GMC service technicians. When I got home I checked the tire pressure and they were over filled. Should be 38 psi and had 51 psi. The tire sensors were not reset. This happens almost every time they rotate or move my tires around. Also they removed my spare tire tools, I assume looking for the lug nut key, and did not bother putting the tools back. With the help of Mark Stamper and Jeff Stein these issues were addressed promptly! More
