They made the buying process very simple and very quick. Straightforward and honest. Period had one minor issue with the vehicle due to mother nature, and they took care of it immediately. This company and the staff were all wonderful from start to finish!!! After having dealt with a few other dealers more local, that made us feel like we were an inconvenience to them, we drove over an hour t to finish!!! After having dealt with a few other dealers more local, that made us feel like we were an inconvenience to them, we drove over an hour to view a vehicle we saw online at Brown's. Having called beforehand to verify it was still on the lot, when we arrived Alex already had it pulled and ready for us to view. It was exactly what we were looking for and he and Trent from financing had us out the door in our new (to us) truck in a few hrs., after giving us a great deal on our trade in and purchase. We highly recommend Brown's to anyone looking for a vehicle and will be passing this on to all our friends, to make sure they start their search with them. More
