My 4Runner had to be towed to the dealership as the alternator went out. This is the first time I had my vehicle serviced without an appointment, and maybe that’s why this service experience did not li alternator went out. My vehicle was delivered to the dealership before noon, and Justin was off that day. Another advisor told me that I would get a call first thing next morning to discuss the repair. At approximately. 8am I called and spoke with Justin. A few hours later I happened to check my phone and found that I had been sent a text with the recommended repairs for me to authorize. This may well be efficient for the dealership, but I found it very impersonal, and would have delayed my repair if I did not check my phone. I was notified when my repair was complete, and I am satisfied with the repair. I have always been treated well by Justin and the dealership as a whole, as my previous survey responses will show. I will continue to be a customer and appreciate Justin’s effort and attention. Just didn’t care for the automation and would rather speak with my advisor pertaining to the service of my vehicles. The staff who served me were very nice and there were no problems. The problem was that such a large company did not provide free drinks such as Coke. I was there all day. But Kari kept me informed. The only problem I had was when they were done. My engine light was on and it wasn’t when I brought it in. The tech said h But Kari kept me informed. When he cleared it with the computer my smart start was beeping and he did not inform me while I was waiting so it locked me vehicle out. I had to call to get it unlocked. I then had to drive across town and have the device cleared so I could drive home it cost me $68 But all in all I guess I’m satisfied More

The lady checked me in. I asked her if she could give me an estimate on a brake replacement bulb. Everything was going good. Got the update through the message. I declined all three at 2:48 close the app out.. Was just waiting and on the phone. I go out and look at 3:35 and the truck is sitting there so I go back to check the app. It says it was finished at 2:48 PM. No one came to get me went up to the check in person and he told me to go to the desk and ask them.. went to desk where advisor was he apologized. But that really made me mad because I had several errands to run since I live out of town and that sent me back 30 to 35 minutes that I could’ve been further ahead. My time is just as important as your Time that’s not customer service and especially being on my first time to use Toyota. More
