The whole process was confusing from the minute I tried to order my vehicle. The vehicle was delivered to the dealership and no one contacted me or was even aware of it's arrival if I didn't happen to stop to order my vehicle. The vehicle was delivered to the dealership and no one contacted me or was even aware of it's arrival if I didn't happen to stop there to check on it's status I may have never been contacted because I was told my name was never attached to that vehicle. I was told upon placing my order we could talk price upon delivery but the salesperson changed the subject overtime I brought it up. I was able to at least get a first responder discount nothing for being a loyal repeat customer or anything else. First time in my life I ever paid sticker price for a vehicle. If I was wiling to lose my deposit I would have walked away from he deal. Salesperson seemed in a hurry to just get me signed and out the door.This is the second car I bought from this dealer and both experiences were horrible I only returned because the ownership had changed so I was willing to give them a second chance they will mostly likely not get a third chance!
