I've driven a SUV for the last several years but decided to test drive an Optima last Saturday. After listening to our preferences, James efficiently produced a list of cars for us to see. He toured us throughout their expansive lot so we could see the variety of colors and features on the various cars. We chose a beautiful snow white Optima with a sporty set of wheels and spoiler. I was thrilled with the way the Optima handled and immediately knew that I had found my car. James proficiently handled the sales process in a short period of time and we drove away in my new car. Every interaction with staff members was friendly and professional and the atmosphere in this dealership is comfortable and welcoming. I had just had a horrible day, finding out that my long time car has finally pooped out on me in the middle of running much needed errands. It would cost me more than the car was worth to get it fixed. I had to make the decision to finally buy a car from a dealership and put my bad day behind me. I decided to go to Bulldog Kia first to start my car search. Who knew it would also finish my car search! When I arrived Ronnie rushed to the door to open it for me. Thirty seconds later we were already talking about what I needed in a vehicle. Instead of taking me to see several cars which would likely overwhelm me, Ronnie hand selected a few he thought would be best for my needs and budget. The first car choice was a 2015 Certified Pre-Owned Kia Sportage with only 17K miles. It has the space I need for work travel, the fuel economy I need to stay within my existing budget, the majority remainder of the warranty, a bunch of gadgets and cool high-tech things I'm still getting used to, and most importantly this is a car to grow into for myself and my husband when we start expanding our family because of it's superb quality safety ratings. Ronnie and I took this car for a spin and it drives like a sports car on the road and a truck off off the road! Turn radius, acceleration, brake speed, all-wheel drive, and the off road ease of travel are all impressive to say the least. This is the ONLY car I needed to see! When we got back and talked about finance options Ronnie found the best option for me since I was a first time buyer with okay, but not great credit. We got me the car I needed right on time with my old car as a trade-in, and affordable payments. I absolutely love it and Ronnie made the experience the best in customer service that I've had in a while. I will most definitely be recommending Bulldog Kia and Ronnie to everyone I know! Thank you!
