Great service, would highly recommend to others. I bought my Sorento from another dealership last year, and after taking it back to the same dealership for the first oil change, was very disappointed I bought my Sorento from another dealership last year, and after taking it back to the same dealership for the first oil change, was very disappointed in the service department. The employees were unfriendly, and suddenly there were a million things wrong with my Sorento. And I was there for over two hours for just a simple oil change. I decided to schedule my next oil change at Bulldog Kia since it's closer to my home anyway. I was blown away at the difference in the dealerships. Now granted, bulldog Kia is newer, but they everything was clean and the showroom was beautiful. The waiting area had nice comfy chairs/couches, and they had coffee brewing. The staff was very friendly, treated you like one of their own. Everything was first class. My wait was just short of an hour, so not bad at all. Overall, I was blown away at how well things went compared to the other dealership, and will definitely be bringing my Sorento back for any and all future service needs. More

Battery Replacement Took my car in without an appt on a Saturday to have the battery inspected. Service department was very helpful in getting battery replaced quickly. However, I do plan on contacting Kia regarding their warranty as I would have expected their bumper to bumper warranty to last for more than 2 years on a battery for a new car. Thanks, Jason More

The people there were really helpful with finding out what my options were and they worked really hard to get me a deal I could agee on. I walked right up to the counter to ask my pricing questions, explained the situation, gathered a business card from James and Steven, and left. This was on Saturday. We were not able to get back to buy until Christmas eve, right before they were about to close. Everyone acted like it was no big deal. I felt bad that we were keeping them from their families but it was unavoidable. From Saturday to Wednesday, no one called to bug me. James called early in the day Wednesday to give me their hours for the holiday. Other dealerships are still calling and emailing me multiple times a day. I feel very confident recommending Bulldog Kia to anyone. The person that recommended me to Bulldog Kia has bought 2 cars from them. I will definitely use them from now own. More
