I felt no pressure from James, however he followed up with me through friendly emails over the next several months just to see how I was doing and if he could help in my automobile needs he would be glad to help. I knew then when I got ready to purchase my vehicle where I was going. So last weekend I went in to Bulldog Kia to see what my options where with the help of Jason Brown I was able to get me a 2015 Kia Optima. I cannot be more pleased with the professional and friendly help that I recived. I was in and out in the car I wanted in a reasonable amount of time. Steven in financing was great. The positive experience I had at Bulldog Kia certainly has mine. My experience left such a fantastic impression that I find myself already recommending that friends and family shop with you to buy a car. I enjoyed shopping with Kia in no small part because of Tyler Gove. Tyler was accommodating, thorough, professional, attentive and patient from the moment we began working together. While he listened carefully to my needs he pushed back to educate me with options or alternatives that could suit those needs. Tyler carefully and respectfully challenged my preconceived notions that may otherwise have precluded possibilities prematurely ending our time together. Instead, I found myself eager to buy from him. Tyler's communication style was comfortable and confident. He knows his product and he worked hard to know his customer, successfully. I appreciate his willingness to accommodate my schedule as well as my communication style via email and text with occasional phone conversations and of course in person visits for demos. Tyler's ABC sales methods were perfectly assertive but executed with a subtlety that only another sales person would recognize. I did not have the time to wait for Kia to get the exact inventory I wanted to buy. Despite that reality, it didn't stop Tyler from politely staying in touch with me until the very last minute before he knew I was no longer in the market. Tyler was a pro at identifying my buy-signs, guiding my uncertainty, interpreting my questions and he did it all with a great sense of humor. In fact, Tyler established such a strong rapport I felt compelled to come back in person even after I purchased my vehicle elsewhere to thank him and share my gratitude for his talent, knowledge and abilities. I have many compliments to share with Tyler and with those responsible for his training. I hope leadership at Bulldog Kia and owner/GM David Kernall are aware of what an asset they have on their team, Tyler.
