By Monday at 8:30 am, I had made two selections that Mike Nazworth told me would be shown to me. I went to dealership at 11:30am and met Jonathan Pace. He was knowledgeable and answered all of questions. By 12:45pm, I had all paperwork complete and was able to drive out with my 2014 Kia Sorento! I highly recommend anyone looking for true "sign and drive", NO haggle, and professionalism in a car buying experience to go see Jonathan at Bulldog Kia. He even programmed my iPhone and had my contacts downloading in my new Kia while we talked. I couldn't believe how easy this process went. Thank you! More

Bulldog quickly determined there was a titanium/silver with gray interior LX in a nearby dealership- and arranged for delivery the next day. Everyone we met was eager and willing to please. We quickly arrived at a very fair price- got a $500 car comparison rebate, and were offered 0% financing. We could not be more pleased! More

My husband and I rate Sam at a level of 5, because Sam was so nice and treated us like we were family and worked to get us what we could afford on the vehicle we wanted to purchase. I would never ever recommend Bulldog Kia to anyone ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They were a complete rip off! I went in to purchase a car in which I did.... however they were very misleading with the ans ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They were a complete rip off! They pretended not to know which bank was financing my car which I thought was very odd. Mind you I'm a first time buyer of a vehicle so I thought maybe it was just me. I was also lied to about my GAP insurance! I was told that he was going to give it to me for FREE and when I reviewed my paper work I was charged $900 for it! They told me the car I have was the only car I could get.... they never let me walk around the lot to see ANY cars that I may have been interested in. Instead he brought me the car and said this is what you can get. So after research I found out that, that was infact a lie also my car was $21, 000.00 I'm sure they had other cars I would have liked for around that same price if not less! So now I'm stuck with a car I barely like because I was mislead on my other options of cars. My interest rate is ridiculous and when asked about that I was told they didn't have that information either...which was also a lie! I really feel like I was robbed and taken advantage of by bulldog Kia because of the fact that I am a female and most importantly a first time buyer. I definitely should have followed my first mind and went with Honda I'm sure they would have treated me 100% better! I will never ever deal with Bulldog Kia again!!!!!! If I need any work done on my car I will go to Kia in Atlanta. I would never recommend them to anyone unless you want to be lied to and taken advantage of!!!!!!! A total disappointment! :( More
