this is our second lease with Buzz Chew. this experience was just as pleasant as the first one three years ago. what made it better was the fact that we didn't have to wear a stupid mask an this experience was just as pleasant as the first one three years ago. what made it better was the fact that we didn't have to wear a stupid mask and we were able to see our salesman Joe Tedesco. no surprise fees, everything we need to do was told to us up front. in and out of the dealership in about 15 minutes. I highly recommend Buzz Chew. More

Extremely pleased with the service From this dealership. John Galligan stayed in contact with us for everything from our first call looking for our XT6 , to special add ons for the Onyx package, and instal John Galligan stayed in contact with us for everything from our first call looking for our XT6 , to special add ons for the Onyx package, and installation of items prior to us taking delivery. Leading up to us landing with Buzz Chew Cadi we dealt with 3 other Cadillac dealers between RI, and 2 in MA. These others didn’t call back, didn’t follow up and in one case sold the vehicle we had put a down payment on. We made the trip to SouthHampton NY for this purchase from RI and we were not disappointed. John is a professional salesperson and this was by far the best buying experience we have had. John even took the time and effort to find factory mats for my older Cadi and had them ready when we bought our new XT6. The level of care and time he took with us was outstanding! More
