the only one who called.. Back in August I was searching for a Suburban. Wanted a 2011,12, or 13.Black, 4wd, 3 seats. Nowhere to be found. I called 5 dealerships within a reasonable distance from Sag Harbor. I spoke to sales people at each dealership and told them what I was searching for -- gave them my contact info, etc. Two months later, John Galligan from Buzz Chew called to tell me he had 2 2013s coming in. I saw them both, chose one and picked it up today. No other dealer ever called me. Good experience, I must say. Thanks! More

I am just not sure as to whether I could have gotten a better price or not, but in no way is this a reflection on anyone who helped me; it is more my being unprepared as to costs, features, etc. and auto ads being so confusing, since I didn't shop around. For all I know, I may have gotten the best deal available anywhere. I simply decided to by a Buzz Chew Chevrolet because of the LI TV ad, and Buzz Chew reputation. However, I'm confident I received a great deal and am very happy that I purchased this vehicle, and will, most importantly, purchase here if I decide, or my needs dictate, that I need a new car. After having a miserable experience at Smithtown Saturn about six years ago, where I was literally tricked and lied to, and then cheated, this was the easiest and most pleasant experience I have ever had at an auto dealership and I am 72 years old. That didn't stop them they found one and had it delivered to the dealership they bent over backwards to put the customer first. More

I have to say that by far, this was the best car buying experience that we have ever had. Nelson was wonderful to deal with. He was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. On delivery of the truck, Jason explained everything about It to my husband, in great detail. Chris was also a pleasure to work with as well.
