I had the q 5,000 mile servicing. done. I was greater very pleasantly at the service desk and only had a wait one hour. The waiting area was spotless and all went well. Oh and I loved done. Took vehicle in for service Monday May 2, 2022 for maintenance services. Had 4 wheel tire rotation and alignment as well. Three days later my front left tire started making a wobbling sound I had to p maintenance services. Had 4 wheel tire rotation and alignment as well. Three days later my front left tire started making a wobbling sound I had to pull over immediately. Touched the lug nuts on the front left tire and all were hand loose. Grabbed my star wrench and tightened them all. The other three wheels were tight, they forgot to tighten the front left wheel before we left. So glad my wife wasn't driving it when the wheel almost fell off for me. It could have been a life ending disaster. I am not happy about this. One thing you dont EVER take a chance with is your wheels/tires. Especially those of your customer. More
The service department made me wait an hour longer than quoted without giving me an update, so that I had to go inquire as to the status of my car. They acted condescending and tried to put the cause of the issue on ME instead of faulty factory equipment, and instead of honoring the warranty tried to sell me replacement parts. The sales staff may have good ratings but the service staff need to look up the definition of "service" in between their cigarette breaks and texting. More
Sales staff was great, service department is awful. They have had my car for a full month out of the year I’ve had it. They refuse to even replace a single part to fix an issue that they themselves already have had my car for a full month out of the year I’ve had it. They won’t answer the phone, won’t return voicemails you leave when they have MY car. More
