One of my better car buying experiences I hate everything about shopping for and/or buying a car. Always have, no matter how nice the sales folks are. Tom Bray was very nice to work with and stayed past his time to go home so we could get everything taken care of without my driving up from Pataskala again. Alberto (I apologize if that is not his name) got the car all cleaned up for me and the gas tank filled while the paperwork was being done. In all, I'd have to say great customer service!! I've bought my last two cars from a Byers dealership and would definitely do so again. More

Not very professional Paying cash for a car, the paperwork took forever. Seemed like most of the men were more concerned about socializing with each other. We bought a $9400 car and it was on empty. paperwork took forever. Seemed like most of the men were more concerned about socializing with each other. We bought a $9400 car and it was on empty. You couldn’t even put any gas in it. We have never bought a car that hasn’t been filled up before we left. The salesman we dealt with was more concerned with his wife coming to test drive a vehicle. If that was a car for us we wouldn’t have gotten it but our son really liked so that was the only reason we were patient. More
