Morris stayed very busy constantly on his cell phone. Not paying attention to customer. Rushed through explaining anything in the new vehicle. I am still very lost. More

The vehicle had a warning light on and maintenance required was flashing. We brought that van in - it was a case of resetting the warning...instead an oil change was performed without any assessment. More
