Byers was very helpful when making the sale of course. I purchased a 2025 4 Runner in December. I ordered my windows to be tinted and a running board to be attached before I picked it up. They were supposed to match the back window. I noticed right away when I picked it up. Their excuse was you wouldn't want your windows to be that dark. Something about being able to see at night. They also attached a TRD running board to a SR5. I didn't even notice till a week after I picked it up but it looks stupid. They said they don't have any other running boards but I could buy one somewhere else and bring it and they would change it out. Unfortunately it's too late for that because I already had it undercoated. I hate my truck everytime I look at it. This is the third 4 Runner I purchased from here. I want everyone to know they don't care about the customers just what sales they can make. I will never shop here again. More

Buyer's Dealership gave us a much better deal and a higher price on our trade-in. I bought a lot of new cars in my life and Troy was the 1st sales person to follow up with me and told me to save his contact and if I needed any help with questions about my car to call him. Car salesmen come and go, but Troy seems like this is his career and will be around for a while compared to salespeople I've met in the past. I loved the car so much that I almost forgot to test drive it. More
