First appointment was with my Tacoma. I brought it in for an estimate on front brakes and an overall safety check. I also mentioned that I had an unusual noise develop that I needed them to check. They gave me the estimate on the brakes and stated that there was no unusual noise. A few days later, I went to another service provider who took care of the brakes and upon their return after the test drive, the mechanic asked me if I heard an unusual noise. I had not told them about the noise before they did the brakes. They diagnosed the problem without me saying anything. This was not at another Toyota dealership. Second time was with my Camry. I had a coupon and decided to try service again. I was clear upon arrival that I just wanted the oil change as I had purchased my tires at another shop, and they rotated and balanced for free. When I went to pay, they had rotated the tires and added an additional charge. To be fair, I did not complain about the additional charge with the cashier. I went ahead and paid it then left. I figured if they ever asked about my experience, I would let them know. (I really hate giving bad reviews!) Again, all the staff I dealt with were very friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the results were less than stellar.
