I never buy extended warranties or other products from finance managers and I made that apparent at the beginning, but had to be very direct two or three times before he stopped trying to sell me add-on packages. After saying “no” 3 times, they acted offended at the final answer. The words they used about the quality of the truck to convince me to take the warranty degraded the value of my purchase, which was very disappointing. More
