Tire indicator light on for over a year. Went to Byers multiple times (alignment & rotation/balances). They said each time error light would clear with few miles of driving. Never did. Each visit Byers found other expensive issues like rotors & serpentine belt. Pursued 2nd opinion & those repairs were unnecessary. No longer trust Byers Toyota for service. More

I purchased my Toyota Highlander in January 2023. I received one key fob and I have been waiting on the other since then. Two times at least it’s been ordered, but I’ve never been called to come and I received one key fob and I have been waiting on the other since then. The last time I was in the service department was June 2024- I was there for an oil change and to get my key fob as they confirmed before I arrived that it was there. But after waiting a very long time, the service department informed me that the key fob was in fact, not there. They assured me they were ordering the fob and calling me within a week. It’s now July 6 and I’ve heard nothing about my fob. More
