Where do I Start. ...: The used cars are mostly dirty/dusty so you cannot see scratches until after they are washed which they do only after you buy. The Finance Employees are Disgusting, Rude, and Disrespectful. They do not care about the sale of a car, especially if you have private Finance. No Military support, rewards or discounts. The lot is dirty, dusty and like a junkyard. The only good thing (which is why I gave 3 stars instead of less) is the Sales Rep was very nice and tried very hard to make up for all the bullcrap the Finance and Dealership Manager gave. As a 100%P&T Disabled Vet, I was very disrespected which caused an adverse medical reaction with my heart and I needed to collect and reevaluate my thoughts about this entire purchase decision. I If I hadn't already been approved for the vehicle I wanted through my bank, I would have gone somewhere else. I do not plan to ever purchase or recommend this car lot to anyone. More
