Internet/salesman Guido Marin gave me the worst buying experience. He does not have customer service skills and he is not sincere when he speaks. My issues with my newly purchase vehicle stemmed for 4 d experience. He does not have customer service skills and he is not sincere when he speaks. My issues with my newly purchase vehicle stemmed for 4 days until I contacted a manager at the dealership. Email and called Guiido several times with one reply of I'm with a customer. No reply back ever. If you buy at this dealership I suggest staying away from Guido. He will tell you anything to get the sale. Not customer service friendly. More

Your service center is the worst I’ve ever been to. Zero helpful and till date I am still waiting a a call for pricing and install for fender flares for my new 2500. 2 hours and 15 minutes for an oil change. Car was not vacuumed when Billy said it would be Tire pressure is showing low on dash, I returned and Billy said it will take a while before the p Car was not vacuumed when Billy said it would be Tire pressure is showing low on dash, I returned and Billy said it will take a while before the pressure will show ok. It never did so had to take it to Tire Choice to get tires air up properly. Not a good experience! More
