Carlos was exxcellent keeping me in touch with the service on my car and the wait time ( 8 hrs). I REALLY ENJOYED the video from the service mechanic regarding the progress of my auto. That is an ex service on my car and the wait time ( 8 hrs). I REALLY ENJOYED the video from the service mechanic regarding the progress of my auto. That is an excellent addition. I would recommend there be a snack machine in the waiting room for soda and chips etc. The hot dogs, although very much appreciated was not enough. \See you in 3 months for an oil change. The service representative did a great job, the service on my transmission did not. The transmission pan was leaking fluid. The dealership towed it back to their shop and fixed the leak.
