Carlos was exxcellent keeping me in touch with the service on my car and the wait time ( 8 hrs). I REALLY ENJOYED the video from the service mechanic regarding the progress of my auto. The service representative did a great job, the service on my transmission did not. The transmission pan was leaking fluid. The dealership towed it back to their shop and fixed the leak.
