I am an original Bill Bryan customer, so I knew the service Department and would wait in the lounge which now has a lot to be desired. There were no snacks, machines out of order and favorite ice coffe service Department and would wait in the lounge which now has a lot to be desired. There were no snacks, machines out of order and favorite ice coffee machine replaced with a high tech expresó machine and the product is not good in comparison. The 2 tv on the wall were not on so people are sitting around staring into space. I got my car detailed and the broke a piece off of the seat fixture, nor was it cleaned to a level of “detail”! More
