I totally trust my dealership in Ohio, but I get my services done here when I'm not there. I do call my Ohio guys to see if the work you suggest is necessary or if it can wait for them to do it. They always tell me to wait and let them check it out. Last summer, none of the work you said I needed was actually needed. But my Dad taught me to stick with the dealerships for maintenance and that's what I do. I just have 30 years of experience with my Ohio guys. My first van was a Grand Caravan and Ive been with Chrysler since. Justin is always happy and helpful, I appreciate working with him. More
