Service was quick. Which I appreciated. Just got an oil change but the tech was friendly and got everything done correctly and didn’t try to hassle me to get additional Which I appreciated. If I ever come to this dealership again for service it will definitely with a different service writer/advisor. Handed over my car at 8:20 for an 8:30 appt. Mwechanic texted at 9:08 with a video saying job (warranty replacement of driver side sun visor). 10:20 Justin called to say car was done and would bring it around in approx 30 min. Justin came into customer waiting area twice to deal with a mother and daughter about their vehicle but never acknowledged me in the very next booth. At 12:18 I called service and asked for Justin. Told he was busy so relayed that I had been at the dealership for 4 hours and wanted to know what was going on. Justin suddenly appeared. As I heatedly told Justin how unhappy, disappointed, and angry about the whole situation he kept insinuating that I needed to come to the service area to inquire about why I had been waiting so long. I said if(he claims he did)come to the customer waiting area and couldn't find me (hard to believe) he should have returned in a reasonable of time to check again. If I was outside wandering around (as Justin suggested I might have been because sometimes customer do that) at 90+ degrees it would not have been long, however I never left the customer waiting area. As I was making my points Justin would continually interrupt with how I was incorrect. I finally had to ask him to please shut up and let me finish points. When checking in @ 8:20 Justin advised me of a safety recall on my vehicle, I really hesitate to use your dealership again. More
I pulled in and was greeted by Jose Valdez. He shook my hand. Then I told him I just moved to the The Villages. He asked what zip code. He knows his zip codes. Impressed. The. I received a video from my tech, Very Impressed!! Then I went o collect my car and pay my bill. I knew there were some deals and Jose got me a good one. This is my fifth mini van. Started with a 96 Grand Caravan, then a 2092 Grand Caravan, then a 2012 Town and Country. Then a 2020 Pacifica Hybrid, and now a 2023 Pacifica Hybrid. 2020 was a lemon. My dealer in Glenwood Springs who was a 1/2 hour away was awful. People in my area would drive 2 hours to the Grand Junction Dealership because they cared about you. I get that feeling here already. And it’s 6 miles away!! 🍾🎉🎈🎊. Very Happy. More
Poor communication skills, they left my truck in the back lot while the service person Jose went on vacation, when I called the other employees Juan and Carlos just lied and told me the repairs were being do lot while the service person Jose went on vacation, when I called the other employees Juan and Carlos just lied and told me the repairs were being done and would be completed by Monday on Tuesday they still had not done any repairs 4 days later, after 2and a half weeks they started the repairs which only took 3 day this visit took 3 weeks due to all the lies and the service advisor Jose going on vacation and leaving my vehicle in the back lot More
