The service tech, Jose Valdex courteous and professional. He let me know as to the progress of the service and recommended additional services. However when I got home I found the passenger side consul cover was loose where the tech had not replaced it properly following the cabin filter check. I notified Jose by text but never heard back. I also notified the person who did a follow-up phone call requesting me to complete this survey. Still no offer to correct the loose panel issue. Suggest a Quality Assurance program to make sure the customer's vehicle has been completely buttoned up before returning the vehicle to the customer. Thank you. More
