Failed to tell me there was a multiple oil change special for 2 for $220 & only offered me 1 oil change for $220. Only told me about multi change discount after I asked specifically. When I had coupon from for 2 for $220 & only offered me 1 oil change for $220. Only told me about multi change discount after I asked specifically. When I had coupon from dealership mailed directly to me for $44.95 synthetic oil change, neither he nor his service manager wanted to accept it until after I protested it. Then, after oil change, mechanic came up with $14,000 of “recommended” repairs on a 2020 Jeep SRT with only 44,000 miles on it. Never explained what was or wasn’t covered by Jeep’s powertrain warranty & never asked whether I had an extended warranty. I left after oil change & had warranty work performed by another dealership. I would not recommend this advisor, mechanic, service manager nor dealership! More
There 48 hour diagnostic period is unrealistic and causes customers undo stress. I brought my vehicle in on appointment at 7:30 am on Monday it was not looked at till Tuesday. I have had work done several times and have always been very happy with the services. I have had different Techs and they know what they doing. The latest problem last week was explained very well.
