Michael was great, really made my wife and I feel comfortable during our time at the dealership. Talked to him on the phone several times before making the trip from Lewisburg WV to purchase our used comfortable during our time at the dealership. After making the deal I was disappointed in having to wait a couple hours to close the deal since I was paying cash and didn't have to finance. But Michael stayed with us during the wait and made the time pass quickley, which I feel he didn't have to do. I think he went above and beyond to make our experience a good one. I was told that a owners manual would be ordered and mailed to us but i have not received it yet. More
