My experience at heritage cheverolet I owned a 2011 Chevy and came in to schedule an appt. to have my oil changed . I scheduled it for the next morning and figured since I was there I may as well check out the 2014's, I went in to the sales dept. and wanted to speak to lennie pond since I had done business with him before and he immediately grabbed a cart and we headed to the lot we looked at several vehicles and found the one I was looking for and afterwards proceeded to work out the sales end it was fast courteous and to the point what a great group of folks !!! At that time, I was basically comparison shopping, but he answered all of my questions and was VERY patient and knowledgeable. Upon my return on May 27th, again Alex came out to assist me. At this point, I knew I wanted a Malibu, so we started talking about what was available and when. Once again, he exceeded my expectations! He is quiet spoken, but very knowledgable and mannerable, something sorely lacking in a lot of young people these days. He gave me all the info I needed to make a final decision, then partnered me up with John (Sales Manager?). John was very thourough in explaining all the paperwork and financing options. Neither John nor Alex were ever "pushy" or overbearing which made dealing with both of them an absolute pleasure. I would highly recommend Alexdander Perry, John and Heritage to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More
