I dealt with Alex and Heritage Chevy while deployed overseas and they absolutely worked with me in getting the exact model and customizations of my 2014 Impala. Despite the time differences and constant back and forth mainly through email, Alex was still able to get me all the documentation necessary and let me know step by step what needed to be done and more importantly did not do it in a rush fashion, but was very considerate of my timetable. He even went out of his way to send pictures so I knew what I was coming home to and could show the guys in the office.
