Drivetrain service Dropped off my 2013 Silverado for oil change,and a low end miss ended up getting plugs,fuel injection cleaning, air filter,front rear and the transfer Dropped off my 2013 Silverado for oil change,and a low end miss ended up getting plugs,fuel injection cleaning, air filter,front rear and the transfer case serviced. Escape the normal car buying experience with Keith! I have a confession, I love the car buying game. I love going to a dozen different dealerships and having lots bid for my business. But this past week I have a confession, I love the car buying game. I love going to a dozen different dealerships and having lots bid for my business. But this past week was a horrible week for me. my car died, and my escape room business (Room ESC in Hopewell) had 5 leaks in our main area right before a major launch. I was not looking forward to the game. When I went to CMA's Colonial Chevy (aka Heritage Chevy) I was not looking forward to buying a vehicle. Keith was easily the most down to earth, genuine car salesman I have ever met. When he said he was a no-nonsense guy, I didn't believe him because that's what every salesman says. I was happily surprised when I asked for their bottom line price, he actually gave it to me! I still walked away like every other dealership because of it's part of the game but when they called back the first thing he asked about was my leaks at my business. He asked if my week had gotten any better. He brought up the Truck I was looking at and told me the legit truth. No nonsense. Keith not only earned my business, he earned my wife's business, and my future children's business. The other staff (Ben Clarke and Alexander Perry) there was also very accommodating, letting working with my off hours and coming in when they were not open to finish the paperwork. More

Oil change the some add ons I went to get my oil changed on Friday 3/8/2019. The appointment was at 9am. I then added a state inspection and tire rotation. I figured because of t I went to get my oil changed on Friday 3/8/2019. The appointment was at 9am. I then added a state inspection and tire rotation. I figured because of the state inspection I would be waiting until 1pm to get my truck. I got a call at 10:16 saying my truck was ready for pickup. I was totally impressed. Will continue to have my truck serviced here. More
Excellent experience at Heritage Chevrolet I took my 2015 Chevrolet Traverse in for servicing on Thursday 3-21-19. The engine light was on. I waited for my vehicle and I always enjoy talking to I took my 2015 Chevrolet Traverse in for servicing on Thursday 3-21-19. The engine light was on. I waited for my vehicle and I always enjoy talking to other people that are waiting on their vehicle repairs. The repairs were quick and even better, I was told that the repairs were still under warranty. As I was walking out, there were 2 young employees standing at the desk. One of them asked me how I was doing. I thought that he was very nice to acknowledge me. I told him that I was doing great. I have bought 2 vehicles from Heritage Chevrolet since 2014. Lennie Pond, the famous NASCAR racedriver, sold me both of them. He was so much more than a car salesman. He truly loved his job and I felt that he truly cared about my well-being as well as my family. When I bought my vehicles, he would call periodically just to make sure that I had no problems with the vehicle. As soon as I got into my car at Heritage after having it serviced, I truly laughed, thanked God, and looked up towards Heaven and thanked Mr. Pond. I’ve recently had some medical issues and lost my job 2 weeks ago. I just knew that Lennie was still looking out for his customers. Thank you God. Thank you Mr. Pond, and thank you Heritage Chevrolet. More
