The only problem I had was at checkout, after all the work was done and I’m taking the card to pay, I was told that there a new policy of charging a 3% fee. This should have been told when I dropped the work was done and I’m taking the card to pay, I was told that there a new policy of charging a 3% fee. This should have been told when I dropped the car off, then I could opt in, or in the least taken cash out or moved funding to the debit card. More
I have had warnings light come since purchasing brand new. Took it in to have fixed. Advisor said camera was out of position, said it was fixed and the next day the warning lights have come back on. Extremely disappointed considering this vehicle is brand new More

I thought it would be good to have a dealership do all my maintenance work but Camelback Toyota has been a big disappointment. maintenance work but Camelback Toyota has been a big disappointment. More

I feel the sales department used very pressuring tactics to get me to buy my 2022 Honda Civic from them. They made me initial that I’ll sign and drive if certain deals were to go through, and they ended up to get me to buy my 2022 Honda Civic from them. They made me initial that I’ll sign and drive if certain deals were to go through, and they ended up forcing me to sign on a higher monthly total than I agreed upon, claiming it was the bank that made the adjustment. Also, the service department is not very impressive. I needed some work done on my civic soon after I bought it, and they couldn’t fix the issue onsite so they sent it over to Honda across the street where it’s been for a few days now and still being worked on. Now if I used a regular mechanic shop, they would have resolved the problem, so why couldn’t Toyota? Mechanics are supposed to be knowledgeable about ALL cars regardless of the company they work for! Once I get my car back, I will be taking it to Honda dealers only for my future servicing and repair needs. More
I go in on Monday to get a tire 🛞 under warranty. I make an appointment for Friday. When I get there, they don’t see my appointment and don’t know if they have a tire in stock. Their not sure they ca I make an appointment for Friday. When I get there, they don’t see my appointment and don’t know if they have a tire in stock. Their not sure they can fix it. I’m asked who helped me and give them the business card. He said he didn’t give it to me then I see a brown/black guy sitting down with dredlocks who kinda looks like the brother who helpless me on Mondaywho helped setup the appointment. When he stands up I can tell the it’s not him and tell the other guy the guy who helped is taller. After about 30 minutes, I get a text they can fix the tire. On the way out the shorter brown/ black brother is upset and says racial slurs about how “we don’t all look 👀 the same.” I say I’m an anti-racist. He then looks like he’s ready to fight me. He is the racist jerk. Anti-racism is part of my religion and I don’t need to be treated like this. I am having second thoughts about spending $100K on a Lexus after this event. Doesn’t Toyota train people anymore regarding how to respect anyone anymore? I was stressed when the service manager said they didn’t have my appointment and may not have a tire. I’ve worked with over 1000 people in the last week of all races. I don’t need to be around racist jerks. Screw you Toyota. I’m not going back to Camelback or Avondale. Terrible service. By the way, I am aurally and visually disabled. My tritanopia condition allows me to see about 5% of the colors of most people. I’m sorry I freaking color blind and legally blind. Doesn’t Toyoyhave sensitivity training for disabled people? I am sorry for being reactive to being treated like a racist. I shouldn’t have said, I don’t need to deal with this xxxx” to the service guy. I should have took a breath a took a few minutes to describe to him that he looked nothing like the other sales associate and that he is a very special person. Just because he is black, wears dreads with colored beads, and wears the same color work shirt, does not entitle me to make this kind of heinous mistake, regardless that I was stressed about coming to the dealership to find out that they might not have an appointment for me or a tire. I should give the dealership a 5 star every time because they are all working and doing their best to help. So sorry for my outburst. More
The lounge area was nice and clean, and smelling fresh. I was looking for fruit, fruit pouches, or other snacks. I wished for more for kids to do while we waited. I was looking for fruit, fruit pouches, or other snacks. I wished for more for kids to do while we waited. More
