Titus was on top of it and made sure the job was done correctly. He made sure my concerns about previous work and the issues the tech found were brought to the attention of those in charge. I will say that the center as a whole has cut back on customer service perks, like the free muffins & bagels on Saturday mornings as well as only providing a Lyft credit instead of comping the whole ride like they used to. I also think that when a previous mechanic screwed up, that falling back on the ‘out of warranty’ line, doesn’t really suffice. The parts are in a place that only the tech can get to and it was obviously their error. I was in there 3 times after the initial install and this last time was when this tech saw the mess. It is now fixed thanks to Titus and the tech who did the repairs. More

While they have done good work in the past, this last visit was not good. I felt like I had to fight to get a warranty issue fixed. Mike Romero and Camelback Toyota have been taking care of my cars for over 18 years now, and they do top-notch work! I've had Porsches, MBZs, and Cadillacs, but the way they keep my Toyota running and looki my cars for over 18 years now, and they do top-notch work! I've had Porsches, MBZs, and Cadillacs, but the way they keep my Toyota running and looking great makes me super-happy! My suggestion? Find a good service partner BEFORE you buy your next car.
