No follow up after service about up coming appointments. This was the worst customer service I have ever recieved. I would recommend to everyone to either put in writing or screenshot any promises from these people. If you don’t, you’ll regret setting a foot in that place. I bought a certified pre-owned 2019 RAV4 XLE wit screenshot any promises from these people. If you don’t, you’ll regret setting a foot in that place. I bought a certified pre-owned 2019 RAV4 XLE with 37000 miles for $27,485 with signification scratches on the hood and driver side/passenger doors which the salesman/Alejandro said to bring it in at a later date for buffed off. Now, getting back to get it done is a nightmare. Alejandro is telling his managers that he had never promised and he’s not taking my calls. His managers, on the other hand have conspired with him.
