My car was purchased in July. I was pressured by Michael to get the extended warranty even though I told him I couldn’t afford it. I pulled over and saw the engine shield hanging by one of four screws. I made an appt for Tuesday for this, bringing the shield (now removed by me) and an oil change. After a three hour wait they finally told me that the car would be $574 for the repair as it was not covered. I went to see Michael. He was the same as our first and only interaction. A complete misogynistic xxxxxxx actually accusing me of hitting something. Btw-this part is on Google for $68. The installation is four screws. Camelback is the worst. They take advantage of single females, treat us with complete disrespect and try to scam each of us at every turn. I WILL never come to your dealership again. It is dreadfully awful. FYI I worked at numerous dealerships in high school and college and have never experienced a more a male driven toxic atmoaphere as your dealership. More

Every time I bring in my certified tacoma there is something major that needs repair. I bought the truck here at CBT but feel like they rushed the certification knowing that I would have to bring it i something major that needs repair.
