The repair in question was not eligible for coverage under the extended warranty, as the specific component that failed is not listed among the covered items. That said, we still provided a complimentary service loaner for your convenience while your vehicle was in our shop, and we also covered the cost of the diagnostic fee to help reduce your out-of-pocket expenses. We’re committed to transparency and customer satisfaction, and we’re always here to answer any questions you may have about warranty coverage or repair recommendations!

The problem was corrected and scheduled maintenance was performed. However I did not receive any discussion about the results of the overall inspection. I was simply given the paperwork and key fob. There More
