We bought a 2024 brand new truck at the end of February and the locks on the drivers door did not work. It was in the shop until yesterday (almost 2 weeks) we drove it about a mile and tried to roll the wi and the locks on the drivers door did not work. It was in the shop until yesterday (almost 2 weeks) we drove it about a mile and tried to roll the window down and it would not go back up automatically. Then we checked the number locks and it would not work. So we have now paid 2 months payment and have only drove the truck for like 2 weeks. More

Overall, I was very pleased with Campbell Ford. Since I only needed an oil change, I tried to get an appointment for the mobile service. I went online to schedule, and shortly after I did, I got a phone call saying the time I scheduled was unavailable and the website was not properly synced with the van's schedule, which made I wound up going to the dealership due to my schedule and availability of the mobile service.
