A few months ago the Campbell Ford service department failed to pick up our Ford Escape for service as scheduled. My wife called me very upset because she was treated rudely when she inquired of the serv failed to pick up our Ford Escape for service as scheduled. I called to find out what was going on and the service manager was also rude with me, saying they could not pick up the car. Skip forward to today, December 14th 2023. We scheduled the service of the same vehicle with Campbell and they agreed to pick up and deliver the car back to us after the service was complete, but again the failed to show.. My wife called me while I was out working so I called the dealership and was getting no reply from the service manager. I called several times and left voicemails and finally spoke with him. He refused to pick up the car because he said he was short handed. I insisted and he still refused. I spoke with the fixed operations director who immediately invited me to stop coming to Campbell. In fact he angrily and rudely insisted I stop coming to Campbell and go to another dealership. They finally picked up the car at 10 am and returned it at 5:30...7.5 hours. My wife was in tears when I got home. This is without excuse and abusive. I will never return to Campbell because we have been treated terribly by the service manager and the fixed operations manager on more than one occasion. Customer service and satisfaction? Nope...not at Campbell! More
