Overall, I was very pleased with Campbell Ford. Since I only needed an oil change, I tried to get an appointment for the mobile service. I went online to schedule, and shortly after I did, I got a phone call saying the time I scheduled was unavailable and the website was not properly synced with the van's schedule, which made I wound up going to the dealership due to my schedule and availability of the mobile service. Everything went fine, and the communication was good. Other than the glitch just mentioned, everything went fine. More

The oil change was good. For them to check the Battery it takes three hours.
