Most the time the service is pretty good. I brought my 2020 Pacifica in for a Stop/start warning light. They said my Aux battery was bad, this was only a year old, I had this same issue in I brought my 2020 Pacifica in for a Stop/start warning light. They said my Aux battery was bad, this was only a year old, I had this same issue in Jan 2024 and they said it was my main battery (only a year old) that was under warranty. When asking the service rep why this keeps happening, his explanation was along the line of 'it just happens'! They don't last in the heat. So we'll just have to keep changing our batteries every year? Now mind you our other vehicle sits out side all the time and we have yet to change that battery. Not having the wherewithal to do our own diagnostics all we can do is accept this for now. To us it seems that something is xxxxxxx the life out of the batteries. The biggest reason I am not giving more than 3 stars is the service rep was rather abrupt and seemed to just want us to go away when we tried to question any further. More
