Put in new battery & charged me $561. 00. Jeep broke down 2 hours of picking up. No one offered to do a diagnostic test to see if it could be something other than battery. Had to tow Jeep 00. Jeep broke down 2 hours of picking up. No one offered to do a diagnostic test to see if it could be something other than battery. Had to tow Jeep to a independent mechanic to identify the problem. Also he said he could have replaced the battery for $275. I will report this to the consumer affairs office at the State of Florida I will never use a Jeep dealership ever again. More

From the time we pulled into the express lane to have our jeep service to the time it was done the staff was great. I have brought our jeep for service and warranty issues for over 5 years to Cape Coral and jeep service to the time it was done the staff was great. I have brought our jeep for service and warranty issues for over 5 years to Cape Coral and very pleased. I hate to say I purchased it new at Metro in Chicopee Ma. That was the worst ever from sales to warranty work. I schedule things to be done when we’re here. More
