Adam was great, but charging $275 to install 2 batteries was outrageous since the big battery already cost 337 and Sam's Club had it for $199. I took my vehicle in on a Thursday with an appointment. I did not receive a phone call to let me know status of vehicle. I called them Monday multiple times and left message without a return call.
