I had the most disappointing experience of my life. I have had the car 5 times in 6 months. I paid around $5000. Each time I had the same problem and they told me the car was ok. When they made me sign I have had the car 5 times in 6 months. I paid around $5000. Each time I had the same problem and they told me the car was ok. When they made me sign and I asked what it was he told me not to worry because I am not paying for what I signed. They lied to me, they put on paper what they did not change in my car. After 4 times at the dealership and $5000 spent the transmission on the car was finished. I have a lot of proof that I was lied to and that they took my money without repairing my car. They made papers with a recall but they did not change anything in my car, they took my money. I will prove it one day in the shortest possible time. More

When I first arrived for my scheduled appointment, i waited outside for 15-20 minutes before anyone greeted me. I was in the service bay where you pull up, and a guy was even sitting out there. Finally got called in to go over why I’m there. My car has an ABS issue and was told my autozone that the abs module needed to be reprogrammed to match the vin of my car. The tech told me it’s a $275 per hour for the work. If it ends up needing a new ABS module, then the 275 will go towards that. After coming in the next day, the tech gave me a quote to replace abs module at around 1300-1400 because they couldn’t program it because it was a replacement already. So as i agree to do the work, he then tells me that abs modules are 8-12 months on backorder. I find it crazy that this wasn’t relayed to me right from the start. I should have been told if you can’t reprogram the module, but need to replace, it’s at least an 8 month backorder for the part. I feel like this was a quick money grab from a teenager and you weren’t completely honest or ethical from the beginning. I will never suggest your service department or dealership to anyone. You should have told me up front that you won’t be able to replace it if it can’t be programmed. I would’nt have taken the risk of having it checked. And now a 17 year old kid has had 275 taken from him for pretty much nothing. More
