The service knew the recall dilemma and was not up front. One the prior service i was told 'you can drive it is safe...' Well NIHTSA does not seem to think so, especially if raining a/o towing. No communication whatsoever, basically I was the one that needed to call the dealership to request updates, I had to get in contact with the warranty company to find out what was happening thinking that they needed to call the dealership to request updates, I had to get in contact with the warranty company to find out what was happening thinking that they were no approving the claims, what I found out was that they were trying to reach out the advisor but were unable to reach her out. Disfunctional Poor communication internally have to come back for original reason. They didn't have the warranty part in stock so why did they tell me to bring it in.
