Original salesman was less than impressive and seemed to not want to sell a car. Worked with new salesman and the sales manager and made a deal a few days later. Sales manager refused to match CarMax used not want to sell a car. Worked with new salesman and the sales manager and made a deal a few days later. Sales manager refused to match CarMax used car quote, ended up selling directly to CarMax and just putting the CarMax offer down as cash instead. Car was not detailed well (dog hair in the back of the seats), brand new car an employees dog should never have been in it. Sales manager refused to take dealer addons off because he matched another dealers discounts and Jeep Incentives. Cannot get into the LoJack app because it says nothing is registered to my email or phone number. It has been almost 4 weeks since my purchase and still cannot get in. I have messaged the salesman multiple times over the past 3 weeks and he has not responded ever. poor way to conduct business. Will be going into the dealership to demand the LoJack information or a complete refund of their addons. More

On fixing the control switch in the dashboard was very good. But to get that part fixed, ended up costing me 1800$ for a compressor I didn't need.
