I called to make an appt to have a recall on the airbags in my Pacifica. When I arrive ,I learned that my particular model was on backorder. This was the 7th time back but I understand the problem i was having was electrical which is not always the easiest thing to find. The wait time was entirely to long when I had to wait (7+hours) sitting in t was having was electrical which is not always the easiest thing to find. So far the electronic stability control light has not come back on so I guess we will just hope for the best being at has only been a few days. My service advisor got three repairs approved through my warranty company with one deductible. That made me very happy. The technology the dealership has implemented is great.
