So I'm at Cape Coral Dodge and my salesman Andy Turner. This man is extremely knowledgable. I'm looking for a tow vehicle. He hooked me up with a ram 1500 with a remote engine start and the Molten Red pain This man is extremely knowledgable. I'm looking for a tow vehicle. He hooked me up with a ram 1500 with a remote engine start and the Molten Red paint and the Pentastar engine. This thing is supposed to tow way more than what I need very very knowledgeable. How would you rate 1 I have called the dealership so far on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Monday in the morning and we always get AI who sends me to the service department who then states that there is no on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Monday in the morning and we always get AI who sends me to the service department who then states that there is no service agents available to talk and that the parts department is waiting for a part, but they can't send me back to the parts department because there's no one answering the phones and no one around then each time they say that they're gonna escalate it to the service manager, Chris and about he would get back with me but so far all four days no one has returned my call and I've not heard one word from the dealership concerning the reason I went in on the first place with my vehicle on September 2. I went in for a replacement of my right headlight assembly. So far I'm very disappointed because I've never been updated with what's going on and no one ever returns my phone calls just to give me an update if they told me hey, we're waiting for the part to come in. I can understand that, but I haven't heard a word from them. I brought the vehicle in for the inspection and them stating that they should get the part within the week. have tried to contact the manager of the dealership three different times and each person I talked to you said they were escalating it up to this person with no response. I'm very disappointed. More
