Brought my vehicle as heat shield became loose on drive down from Canada. Was taken in and waited to find out a part was needed and would be in the next day. Mike asked me to come back the next day. Once I was certain the part was in a went down and dropped the vehicle off. The dealership ordered me a Lyft to go home and one to return. It was quite seamless and appreciated. Only glitch was Mike was on lunch when I returned and I had to wait about 20 minutes to get my car. Mike was nice and apologized for the delay. Thank you for the repair! More

Made an appointment for a recall issue. I was told the part was in when I made the appointment. Was told it would take about 4 hours. After waiting for a call after about 6 hours, I CALLED. After leaving 2 voicemails, I received a call back to inform me the part was not in and would have to wait until the next day for the part to come in. It FINALLY was repaired the next day. Andrew has been excellent! Communication has been perfect, far better than any other service guy I have dealt with (as I buy a lot of vehicles). Good Customer service is truly difficult to get these days, but he has been phenomenal! I'm really glad I ran into him just before closing one night as I had code pop up on my jeep and thought I would take a chance and swing by service for someone to read it, he was almost about to leave but never acted like I was a pain even though he was probably about out the door, so I really appreciate that as I know that's annoying! I'd also like to mention Claudio as he was doing some warranty work on my Jeep the next day that Andrew had set up. He is another super guy with a fantastic attitude. I just happen to be out there when grabbed my jeep, he drove it over to me showed me a couple things I didn't know about it on the dash and was extremely friendly and helpful!
