I was greeted when I arrived, the service writer was with another customer, after a brief wait, I was welcomed in to his office, explained the issue, told approximately how long the service would take and it another customer, after a brief wait, I was welcomed in to his office, explained the issue, told approximately how long the service would take and it was pretty accurate. The service writer came and found me in the lounge. He explained what work was completed and i was on my way.
