Sales person was pushing for a down-payment with a credit score of 800+and refused to have the car tinted. This was enough for me to find another dealership. I ended up getting the same car from carfax w score of 800+and refused to have the car tinted. This was enough for me to find another dealership. I ended up getting the same car from carfax with no down-payment and tinted. I would not recommend this dealership. More

I was able to schedule an appointment for my Jeep very quickly. I was offered transportation back home while my vehicle was being serviced and was offered a ride back to the dealership. They accomplishe quickly. I was offered transportation back home while my vehicle was being serviced and was offered a ride back to the dealership. They accomplished an oil change at the same time. They even offered free tire rotation and a multipoint inspection. Great service!! More

Rasiel was quite possibly the best most attentive service writer I have ever encountered. Especially considering we did not purchase our vehicle from Cape Coral dodge. We had an issue with our Jeep and had writer I have ever encountered. Especially considering we did not purchase our vehicle from Cape Coral dodge. We had an issue with our Jeep and had it towed to the dealership Un announced. Rasiel immediately got us in and had the issue fixed within a couple hours.
