Paid $1250. 00 to fix starting issue. They didn't fix it. Then they tried to say it was bad gas , which I have another shop's document that says clean system, no 00 to fix starting issue. They didn't fix it. Then they tried to say it was bad gas , which I have another shop's document that says clean system, no contamination. Then they wanted 2 to 3k more to work on with no promises on it being fixed. Worst dealership experience in my 70 years . And I was in the automotive business for 31 years. Stay away from the Cape Coral Chrysler, Dodge,jeep and Ram. More

Compared to FORD service center, they would give you a choice of different donuts, fruit, and other things for you to eat while you were waiting for your vehicle to be serviced.
