I paid the amount of money that I paid for a vehicle with a known defect with a known inability to fix it that was never disclosed. I will be escalating this based on what was told to me at my service appoin a known defect with a known inability to fix it that was never disclosed. I will be escalating this based on what was told to me at my service appointment within the Jeep company. I was told it was not fixable. No offer to put in maybe a newer model one that doesn’t have the bug that is apparently so prevalent it’s not fixable in 2023 vehicles. More

Scheduled an appt and they were able to accommodate me quickly into a full schedule. Found issues on initial visit but didn’t have parts available so I came next day and they had the job done within 3 hrs quickly into a full schedule. Really appreciated the service advisor supervisor who called me when I had questions regarding warranty repairs and the initial call taker couldn’t answer. Would recommend them and will continue to use them for service needs on my Jeep. More
