The dealership is great! The service department needs to pay more attention to what people ask for. I checked off Fill DEF tank, didn’t happen. Service was terrible. I’ve never had a bad experience here until this last time. It’s very frustrating when you bring your vehicle in for a known recall and have to jump t I’ve never had a bad experience here until this last time. It’s very frustrating when you bring your vehicle in for a known recall and have to jump thru hoops to prove you need it. I did the Oil Consumption test the first time and then was told it passed so I don’t need the parts replaced even though the car was eating oil so quickly that when I needed an oil change I had less than a quart of oil left. It also was stalling out on me and shutting down when I turned a corner. When my husband brought it back this time they insisted that they had no proof even from the last time and we would need to do another test. How you can lose customer files and notes is beyond me. They also said that if the vehicle passes this time then they will not do the replacement. I feel like this is a terrible thing to do to vehicle owners. We aren’t machines we are humans if our car stalls due to your not wanting to replace what’s needed and someone dies it’s on you. So very appalled that this is so much of an issue. Jeep has said they will change it if we go and when we go you say no. So are you pocketing the funds or parts Jeep provides to make more money instead of using them to fix what’s needed on peoples car?? That’s pretty low. I shouldn’t have to beg and plead and be told to come back and do this and that to get some decent service. Do better!!! More
