Services’ manager Dough is excellent service advisor Jose is also great I had an emergency with my Ram and had to go on a trip that same day to Orlando with the family they got me in and out in no time, tru is also great I had an emergency with my Ram and had to go on a trip that same day to Orlando with the family they got me in and out in no time, truck had an issue with DEF and the replaced the injector in no time, I don’t know the name of the tech but the hole team is outstanding!!! The dealership is great! The service department needs to pay more attention to what people ask for. I checked off Fill DEF tank, didn’t happen. Additional Concerns, Passen The service department needs to pay more attention to what people ask for. I checked off Fill DEF tank, didn’t happen. Additional Concerns, Passenger’s side headlight low beam out. Neither were addressed. Also, they want to charge $250 to put my truck on the computer to check for codes…$250? I can have that done for free at almost any parts store, not good customer service. More
