Had a Cp4 Hi-Pressure pump replaced because of Recall. ..when my RAM3500 was ready I opened the hood to check out the work ..then went under the Truck..Power steering fluid was Dripping all Down the unders ..when my RAM3500 was ready I opened the hood to check out the work ..then went under the Truck..Power steering fluid was Dripping all Down the underside..I notified the Service manager..they fixed it immediately and apologized..Stuff happens...My advice..Always check the repair Job. Recently bought a Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid and found the Hybrids have no towing capacity. When purchasing the vehicle I specifically spoke with the young salesman about towing a small camper and was told th Hybrids have no towing capacity. When purchasing the vehicle I specifically spoke with the young salesman about towing a small camper and was told this vehicle would tow 3600#. The salesman made a mistake. (WE ALL DO!) CCCDJR made the situation right! They were extremely helpful and when they couldn’t find me a model with the towing package ordered me a brand new 2022 Pacifica that WOULD tow 3600#. They made the mistake RIGHT! Very courteous and professional! This is now my second vehicle purchase in less than 2 years and will purchase again from them. Purchased my first and only car from Cape Coral Chrysler. I was told the car had features and a year subscription which it did not have.The salesman told me he would get me anything i wanted to make up for it I was told the car had features and a year subscription which it did not have.The salesman told me he would get me anything i wanted to make up for it. so when i told him i wanted the rubber floor mats he told me he would take me to dinner.Then while i was on the road out of state i call the salesman to find out if i had road hazard on my tires, he told me he would call me right back,I never heard from him. When i went to the dealer for an oil change i asked him why he never called me back he told me passed it on yo someone else,meanwhile i was on the side of the road. Its to bad one person can ruin a great experince with a dealership,i tried to just forget about it but i put my trust in that salesman and it did not work.When someone tell you something you should be able to trust them.service is great sales not so good. Now, I understand why people feel like they’re getting ripped off at the dealership for service… This is the second time I’ve brought my vehicle to this location. I explained the problem I was having with my 2021 Cha Lisa Millspaugh, the Assistant Service Manager, provided me with outstanding customer service. I explained the problem I was having with my 2021 Challenger and she quickly diagnosed the problem. My vehicle was promptly brought into the service bay and quickly and efficient repaired by Matt Atkins. He thoroughly explained that a new part was installed and was now performing flawlessly. I highly recommend the service department at Cape CDJR. Lisa is truly an asset to this dealership. I'm treated like family when I am there. More
