I have an intermittent fault with my truck which is causing me a lot of problems. I made a video of the problem when it occurred and showed it to the dealership. low customer care. we have over 800 credit rating. we were told that the best rate was 6% then 5.54. my wife went to our bank and received 4.39% for 72 months. pay we have over 800 credit rating. we were told that the best rate was 6% then 5.54. my wife went to our bank and received 4.39% for 72 months. payment $1187,67. I called Darlene to tell her I left her 3 messages she finally responded and said oh too bad it's too late.. Needless to say I wasn't very happy because now I'm going to end up paying $14000 more for it's more for the higher interest interest rate. I would I was also supposed to get Sirius. once again I was told by Christopher that it's too late. well I too feel its too late. my wife questioned Christopher 4 times on the interest rate. I wish we would've went with her gut because she was right. we will NEVER do business or refer business to you ever again! More
