I am beyond frustrated. I have to call two dozen times over a two month period to actually reach somebody or maybe get a call back. A call and get transferred to a voicemail I have to call two dozen times over a two month period to actually reach somebody or maybe get a call back. A call and get transferred to a voicemail pretty much every time.I bought my truck in for a warranty repair in November 2024 and they kept putting me off and putting me off and putting me off. I called every couple of weeks and if I was lucky enough to reach somebody they would say it’s still on backorder. I finally showed up a year later for other service and they told me that they couldn’t help me. I have no idea how they’re still in business. As a local business owner of many years, if I treated my customers like this, I wouldn’t be in business any longer. It’s beyond a miracle. More

The dealership was very clean and the curb appeal was superb, I didn't like the fact that the warranty work that was performed still cost me money although it was covered by my insurance plan the technic superb, I didn't like the fact that the warranty work that was performed still cost me money although it was covered by my insurance plan the technician broke my hood and we had to pay for the new part. I was not completely satisfied with that but what can I do it was needed, but wasn't happy with that part. More

Bishoy does not follow up or attempt to return any calls, emails, etc….
