Very unorganized. Employees arguing about how to treat customers. I have bought 4 cars in 3 years from this dealership and everytime we deal with service it gets worse Employees arguing about how to treat customers. I have bought 4 cars in 3 years from this dealership and everytime we deal with service it gets worse and worse. Officially done. I will take my service and car buying somewhere else. Bishoy was the only bright spot. If I was him I would go somewhere else. You guys should shut down your service dept or fire whoever manages them today. Darren should be fired today. My wife brought my vehicle in so I could go to work and she felt very uncomfortable and the way he talked to her was unacceptable and he should go bag groceries at circle K. If I was there my wife would have not been disrespected the way he disrespected her. Hope he feels good about him self. More
