I don't like the practice of making recommendations of expensive work needed based on no evidence or information. No good direction on what to do when you arrive to drop off. I went to the kiosk to ask, and was told 'wait in your vehicle, someone will come help you'. 20 minutes later, I was helped. Had to go back 4 times to resolve the problem, and was told it would be no money out of pocket except my deductible. I had to pay $800+. Totally xxxxxx and not happy. Would not recommend to anyone. Brought my vehicle as heat shield became loose on drive down from Canada. Was taken in and waited to find out a part was needed and would be in the next day. Mike asked me to come back the next day. Once I down from Canada. Was taken in and waited to find out a part was needed and would be in the next day. Mike asked me to come back the next day. Once I was certain the part was in a went down and dropped the vehicle off. The dealership ordered me a Lyft to go home and one to return. It was quite seamless and appreciated. Only glitch was Mike was on lunch when I returned and I had to wait about 20 minutes to get my car. Mike was nice and apologized for the delay. Thank you for the repair! More
